There could be a few reasons for this:
- a) Check to make sure that you are not entering the probill number into the tracing screen for the Bill of Lading or PO number.
- b) You may not be using a customer number that is associated with that probill number or with your MT Direct account. If you are an MT Direct user, you will have to request that the account number be setup on your MT Direct account through your Manitoulin Sales Professional or call 1-800-265-1485.
- c) If you are using our public access tracing, verify that you are using the correct account number.
