ISO Standards was developed by the International Organization for Standardization, the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards. This registration, certified by SAI Global, a leading global registrar of ISO Management Systems, demonstrates Cratex’s commitment to quality, continual improvement and customer satisfaction.

The intent of a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 is to ensure quality products and services that consistently meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the customer. Certification is achieved once all the requirements of the Standard have been verified during a stringent, independent audit conducted by an accredited ISO Registrar. These external audits are conducted annually to ensure the system is continually improving.
